(Capsicum annuum L.)品种的子叶和下胚轴,分别离体培养在附加不同激素的MS培养基上,对诱导外植体不定芽分化和芽伸长的影响因素如苗龄、基因型、外植体、激素组合等进行研究。结果表明,苗龄对外植体不定芽分化有直接影响;子叶的不定芽分化率高于下胚轴;不定芽的分化率对基因型有很大的依赖性,赤霉素(GA_3)、AgNO_3的添加能使芽伸长率提高。通过结果比较,筛选出了辣椒叶和下胚轴离体再生的较好芽分化培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L玉米素(ZT)+0.2 mg/L吲哚乙酸(IAA);芽伸长培养基为MS+1.0 ng/L ZT+0.2 mg/LIAA+2.0 ng/L GA_3+5.0 mg/L AgNO_3;生根培养基为MS+0.1 mg/L IAA+0.2 mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)。
