从青花椒中提取出的活性成分香柑内酯(Bergapten.Berg.),对小鼠的出血时间和出血量均有明显的减少作用,并能缩短小鼠的凝血时间(P<0.01);对于醋酸介导的小鼠毛细血管通透性有明显的抑制作用,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);采用拉丁设计方法,对比研究Berg的止血作用,其结果表明,Berg对大鼠颈动脉和股动脉切口出血的止血率分别为88%和92%,显著优于纱布组(10%,15%)和淀粉组(15%,20%)。经X~2法、Fisher确切概率法和方差分析,差异显著(P<0.01)。
