随着素质教育改革不断深入与推进,中职教育也得到了应有的重视,与此同时,也对我国中职教育提出了更高的要求与挑战。但从我国目前的教育教学现状来看,中职教育教学还存在着各种各样的问题,制约着技能型与实用型人才的培养,尤其是在中职焊接专业课程教育教学中,这一问题尤为明显。这时,行为引导式教学法应运而生,它是一种以学生为中心,教师为主导,注重培养学生综合能力的教学方式,也是目前中职教育教学过程中提高课堂教学质量最为有效的教学方式之一。
