ST参数是心电图运动试验检出冠心病的主要判定指标之一。然而非ST参数在运动试验中的价值日益受到关注,并提出某些非ST参数的敏感性、特异性相当高。本文将我院近年来243例运动平板试验病例进行综合分析,以评价△R、△Q振幅、△Q-Tc等非ST参数与ST参数联合改变在运动试验中的诊断价值。1 材科方法与结果1.1 检查对象:本组243例均为门诊及住院病例。男170例,女73例。根据是否符合ST参数改变分为两组。阳性组(冠心病)45例,男31例,女14例,平均年龄47.33岁。阴性(健康)组198例,男152例,女47例,平均年龄43.76岁。
ST parameters ECG test is one of the main indicators of coronary heart disease. However, the value of non-ST parameters in motor testing is receiving increasing attention and some of the non-ST parameters are of high sensitivity and specificity. In this paper, 243 cases of treadmill exercise test in our hospital in recent years, a comprehensive analysis to evaluate △ R, △ Q amplitude, △ Q-Tc and other non-ST parameters and ST parameters in the exercise test to change the diagnostic value. 1 Materials Methods and Results 1.1 Check the object: This group of 243 cases are outpatient and inpatient cases. There were 170 males and 73 females. According to whether the ST parameters change is divided into two groups. Positive group (coronary heart disease) 45 cases, 31 males and 14 females, with an average age of 47.33 years. Negative (healthy) group of 198 cases, 152 males and 47 females, with an average age of 43.76 years.
