使用问卷对大学生的成就动机水平、学习策略运用和学习行为的具体表现情况进行了调查,旨在探讨大学生的成就动机、学习策略与学习行为的关系。研究结果表明:成就动机量表总分以及追求成功维度都与学习策略总分存在显著的相关;成就动机量表总分、追求成功维度以及回避失败维度都与学习行为各维度存在显著的正相关;避免失败的动机与学习坚持性的相关程度明显高于追求成功动机与其的相关程度。
A questionnaire was used to survey college students ’level of achievement motivation, the use of learning strategies and the specific performance of learning behaviors. The aim was to explore the relationship between college students’ achievement motivation, learning strategies and learning behaviors. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the total score of achievement motivation scale and the pursuit of success dimension and the total score of learning strategies. There is a significant positive correlation between the score of achievement motivation scale, the pursuit of success and the failure avoidance dimensions and the dimensions of learning behavior ; The degree of correlation between the motivation to avoid failure and the persistence of learning is obviously higher than the degree to which motivation to succeed is related to it.
