我国的早期职业卫生工作主要是由卫生部进行管理。卫生系统主要管理那些已经形成职业病患的人员,以及已有职业病发病案例且仍旧存在职业病危害因素的企业。虽然从职业病患的治疗上来考虑,卫生医疗系统的管理有一定优势,但这本身就是一种事后管理,对于预防职业病发生存在一定的滞后性。随着我国职业病防治法新修订以及政府职能的转换,我国职业卫生进入了一个新的格局。现在职业卫生中职业病危害因素管理部分,由原来的卫生系统监管划归到安全生产监督管理
Early occupational health work in our country is mainly managed by the Ministry of Health.
