西班牙领事馆位于外滩12号。走进领事馆,给我们的感觉是典雅和温馨。虽然我们和总领事、秘书以及办事人员都是初次见面,却仿佛一见如故,没有经过其它领事馆那样严格的安检和繁复的手续就直接来到了面临外滩美景的总领事办公室。关于这一点,在我们后来和总领事聊天的过程中似乎悟出了一些答案,西班牙人更崇尚文化和感情上的交流。总领事的名字叫亚历杭德罗·阿尔瓦冈萨雷斯(Alejandro Alvargonzalez Spanish Consulate at Bund 12.
