目的:探讨肱踝脉博波传导速度(Ba PWV)联合超声心动图检测在冠心病(CHD)心功能异常和心脏重构研究中的意义。方法:286例CHD患者按超声心动图检测分为CHD心脏重构组(实验组,150例);CHD心脏正常构型组(对照组,136例)。检测两组Ba PWV和心功能各参数进行分析对比。结果:两组患者基础资料与Ba PWV相比,实验组Ba PWV明显高于对照组,动脉僵硬度较高,两组相比有显著统计学意义,P<0.01;实验组左室舒张期末内径、左室室间隔厚度、左室相对厚度、左室原壁厚度、左心室质量指数、二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰速、二尖瓣舒张晚期血流峰速、E/A比值、左心室射血分数等心功能参数指标与对照组相比有统计学意义,P<0.05;Ba PWV与心功能各参数有相关性。结论:Ba PWV与超声心动图联合检测对于预防测评CHD心功能异常和心脏重构有着重要的意义,Ba PWV是CHD患者心脏重构、心功能异常的独立危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the significance of Ba PWV combined with echocardiography in the study of cardiac dysfunction and cardiac remodeling in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: 286 CHD patients were divided into CHD cardiac remodeling group (150 cases) and CHD normal control group (136 cases) by echocardiography. Ba PWV and heart function parameters of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: Compared with Ba PWV, the Ba PWV in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the arterial stiffness was higher in the two groups (P <0.01). The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter , Left ventricular thickness, left ventricular relative thickness, left ventricular wall thickness, left ventricular mass index, mitral early diastolic flow velocity, mitral diastolic flow velocity, E / A ratio, left ventricular Echocardiographic parameters such as ejection fraction and cardiac function parameters compared with the control group was statistically significant, P <0.05; Ba PWV and cardiac function parameters are related. Conclusion: The combined detection of Ba PWV and echocardiography is of great significance for the prevention of cardiac dysfunction and cardiac remodeling in CHD patients. Ba PWV is an independent risk factor for cardiac remodeling and cardiac dysfunction in patients with CHD.
