目的探讨头低位(-6°)卧床对人淋巴细胞增殖能力和某些细胞因子产生的影响。方法6名健康男性青年头低位(-6°)卧床6d,卧床前1d、3d、6d各采血一次,测定免疫指标。结果卧床3d,α干扰素(interferonα,IFNα)产生明显降低(P<0.05),NK细胞(naturalkilercel,NK)杀伤活性明显增强(P<0.05),γ干扰素(interferonγ,IFNγ)的产生和白细胞介素2受体(interleukin2receptor,IL2R,又称CD25)表达功能均呈降低趋势。卧床6d,IFNα产生和NK杀伤活性均恢复至卧床前的水平,IFNγ产生和CD25则明显降低(P<0.05)。随着卧床时间的延长,T淋巴细胞增殖能力和IL2的产生则逐渐降低,而IL6的产生则逐渐增加。结论头低位(-6°)卧床对细胞免疫功能有一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of head depression (-6 °) on the proliferation of human lymphocytes and the production of some cytokines. Methods Six healthy male youths were admitted to the hospital for 6 days with low head (-6 °), 6 days before bed rest, and 1 day, 3 days and 6 days before bed rest respectively. Immune indexes were measured. Results The 3d, αinterferon (IFNα) production was significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the natural killer (NK) activity was significantly increased (P <0.05) interferonγ, IFNγ) production and interleukin 2 receptor (IL 2R, also known as CD25) expression showed a downward trend. Bed 6d, IFN α production and NK activity were restored to the level before bedtime, IFN γ production and CD25 was significantly lower (P <0.05). With prolonged bed rest, T lymphocyte proliferation and IL 2 production was gradually reduced, while the production of IL 6 is gradually increased. Conclusion Head depression (-6 °) has certain influence on cellular immune function.
