选取沈阳~大连等高速公路废旧沥青混合料 ,利用复合添加剂再生沥青 ,并用数学回归模型对复合添加剂含量进行优化。通过试验验证 :复合添加剂含量在 0~ 9%范围内的沥青针入度从 0 .12 3~ 0 .2 2 6 mm提高到0 .91~ 0 .96 m m;延度从 5 .6~ 12 .8cm提高到大于 15 0 cm;软化点从 5 5 .7~ 6 8.7℃降低到 4 5 .2~ 4 6 .8℃ ,各方面性能指标完全满足技术要求。
The waste asphalt mixtures from Shenyang to Dalian were selected, the asphalt was regenerated from the composite additives, and the content of compound additives was optimized by mathematical regression model. The experimental results show that the penetration of asphalt with compound additives in the range of 0 ~ 9% increases from 0.12 3 ~ 0.226 mm to 0.91 ~ 0.96 mm, and the ductility ranges from 5.6 ~ 12 .8cm to more than 15 0 cm; softening point from 57.7 to 67.7 ℃ to 45.2 ~ 46.8 ℃, all the performance indicators fully meet the technical requirements.
