冲击地压工作面广泛采用煤层预注水防治措施,引起煤层含水率的增大,直接影响了冲击危险性判定过程中的钻屑量指标。以千秋煤矿21141工作面为例,阐述了利用钻屑法进行冲击危险性监测及等级划分的方法。基于煤样吸水率、含水率测试数据,对注水区域正常煤粉量进行了优化,并将优化结果应用于现场实际监测,监测效果良好。
Rockburst is widely used in coal face pre-injection prevention and control measures, causing the increase of water cut in coal seam, which directly affects the drill cuttings in the process of impact risk assessment. Taking the 21141 working face of Qianqiu Coal Mine as an example, the method of using drilling cuttings method to carry out impact hazard monitoring and grade classification is expounded. Based on the test data of water absorption and water cut of coal sample, the normal coal dust volume in water injection area was optimized, and the optimization results were applied to the actual monitoring in the field with good monitoring results.
