本文报导了骶尾部原发性骨肿瘤共33例(男18例、女15例)。年令:9～70岁,以25～60岁者为多见。33例中以脊索瘤(良性11例,恶性7例)、软骨肉瘤(4例),混合型骨肉瘤(4例)等为主。骶尾部原发性骨肿瘤的起病、经过及病程变化不一,其中25例曾在其他医院被误诊为“神经根炎”、“附件炎”、甚至“兰尾炎”
This article reported a total of 33 cases of primary bone tumors of the sacrococcygeal (18 males and 15 females). Annual age: 9 to 70 years old, more common in 25 to 60 years old. Among 33 cases, chordomas (benign 11 cases, malignant 7 cases), chondrosarcoma (4 cases) and mixed osteosarcomas (4 cases) were predominant. The onset, history, and course of disease of the primary sacrococcygeal tumor of the sacrococcygeal septum vary. Among them, 25 cases were misdiagnosed as “radiculitis”, “adjacent inflammation”, or even “blue tail inflammation” in other hospitals.
