利用SHPB压杆装置对焊接接头的不同区域进行了高应变速率下的冲击试验,分别获得了相应区域的应力—时间和应变率—时间曲线,研究了焊接接头在高应变速率下的动态力学响应。研究结果表明,利用入射波和透射波峰值的比较,可以获得焊接接头的应力强度水平;焊接接头的力学不均匀性对结构的动态应力响应有较大的影响。
The SHPB pressure bar device was used to test the impact stress at high strain rates in different regions of the welded joints. The stress-time and strain rate-time curves of the corresponding regions were obtained respectively. The dynamic mechanical response of the welded joints at high strain rates . The results show that the stress intensity of the welded joint can be obtained by comparing the peak values of the incident wave and the transmitted wave. The mechanical inhomogeneity of the welded joint has a great influence on the dynamic stress response of the structure.
