以无水马来酸酐和β-巯基丙酸为主要原料,铬酸钾为催化剂,合成出S羧-乙基硫代琥珀酸(CETSA),并对其阻垢缓蚀效果进行了研究。结果表明:CETSA具有良好的水溶性和生物降解性,在宽pH范围内具有较好的缓蚀阻垢性能,尤其将其与葡萄糖酸钠、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)及Zn盐等复配后(无磷1),其缓蚀率得到大幅度提高。它在45℃和质量分数为20μg/g条件下,其缓蚀率可达93.2%、阻垢率达98.5%。
Using anhydrous maleic anhydride and β-mercaptopropionic acid as main raw materials and potassium chromate as catalyst, S-carboxyethyl sulfosuccinic acid (CETSA) was synthesized and its scale and corrosion inhibition effect was studied. The results show that CETSA has good water solubility and biodegradability, and has good corrosion and scale inhibition properties in a wide pH range. In particular, CETSA is compounded with sodium gluconate, HPA and Zn salts After (phosphorus-free 1), the corrosion inhibition rate has been greatly improved. Under the conditions of 45 ℃ and mass fraction of 20μg / g, the corrosion inhibition rate is 93.2% and the scale inhibition rate is 98.5%.
