以具代表性的两亚种间杂交稻组合为材料,研究了其籽粒灌浆特征及其一些生理机制,结果表明:亚杂组合强、弱势粒的灌浆特征为明显的异步灌浆型。强势粒开始灌浆和达到最大灌浆速率的时间早,弱势粒在开花后相当长时间内生长处于停滞状态,待强势粒生长速率下降到十分微弱时才开始灌浆。弱势粒的起始生长势、灌浆速率和生长终值量等均小于强势粒;强势粒和籽粒充实度好的亚杂组合,籽粒中的淀粉和蛋白质含量多,可溶性糖的含量少,弱势粒和充实度差的组合,结果则相反;灌浆初期籽粒中的ATP含量和ADPG焦磷酸化酶活性,强势粒大于弱势粒,籽粒充实度好的组合大于籽粒充实度差的组合。对亚杂组合籽粒充实不良问题的原因进行了讨论。
The representative two-subspecific hybrid rice (Oryza sativa L.) was used as material to study its grain filling characteristics and some physiological mechanisms. The results showed that the filling characteristics of strong and weak grains were obviously asynchronous grouting. The time for the strong grains to start grouting and reach the maximum filling rate was earlier, and the weaker grains were stagnated for a long time after flowering. The growth of strong grains began to be grouped when their growth rate dropped to a very low level. The initial growth potential, filling rate and final growth value of the inferior grains were less than that of the strong grains. The strong grains and subgrain combinations with good grain filling had more starch and protein, less soluble sugar, And the degree of enrichment was poor, but the result was the opposite. The ATP content and ADPG pyrophosphorylase activity in grains at the early filling stage were higher than those in inferior grains, and grain filling degree was better than the combination with poor grain filling degree. The reasons for substandard grain combinations were discussed.
