目的:建立HPLC法测定左氧氟沙星含量的方法。方法:色谱柱Eclipse XDB-C_(18),流动相为0.05 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾(磷酸调pH 2.8)-乙晴(82:18),流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温37℃,检测波长为293 nm。结果:左氧氟沙星浓度在4.0~40.0μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好。平均加样回收率为99.8%(RSD=1.2%)。结论:方法简便、结果准确,可用于本产品的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of levofloxacin. METHODS: The mobile phase of Eclipse XDB-C_ (18) was eluted with 0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusted to pH 2.8 with phosphoric acid) and acetonitrile (82:18) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ -1). The column temperature was 37 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 293 nm. Results: The levofloxacin concentration in the range of 4.0 ~ 40.0μg · ml ~ (-1) good linear relationship. The average recovery was 99.8% (RSD = 1.2%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the determination of the content of this product.
