                                煤矿井下紧急避险设施环境控制需备用电源,而国家对新型电池在井下使用持审慎态度,鉴于紧急避险设施空气净化制冷的无电源要求,研制了空气净化制冷一体机。详细地描述了空气净化制冷一体机的工作原理、结构形式、主要技术参数,并在12人救生舱进行了净化能力和制冷能力试验,得出温度、湿度、CO2、CO变化曲线,结果表明:空气净化制冷一体机满足12人舱CO2及CO快速净化能力,制冷量满足12人的热负荷需要,适用于煤矿井下救生舱和避难硐室。
Environmental control of coal mine emergency avoidance facilities to be standby power supply, and the state of new batteries in the underground use of a cautious attitude, in view of the emergency avoidance facilities, air purification refrigeration without power requirements, developed air purification refrigeration machine. The working principle, structure and main technical parameters of the air purification and refrigeration unit are described in detail. The purification capacity and refrigeration capacity of the 12 people’s cabin are tested. The curves of temperature, humidity, CO2 and CO are obtained. The results show that: Air purification and cooling machine to meet the 12-person cabin CO2 and CO rapid purification capacity, cooling capacity to meet the heat load needs of 12 people, suitable for underground coal mine rescue cabins and refuge chambers.
