利用ADAMS多体系统动力学软件进行起重机起升机构动态强度分析,其起升机构由离散的钢丝绳和柔性卷筒模型组成,并根据起重机实际起升工况来施加各部件载荷和驱动。其中建立卷筒动力学分析模型是整个动力学仿真系统的关键,通过离散的多刚体模块外加Bushing约束模拟钢丝绳的动刚度特性,从而实现钢丝绳和卷筒之间的复杂作用模拟,真实反映实际钢丝绳卷筒运行情况,揭示了卷筒和钢丝绳之间的作用力。仿真结果全面地显示了起升工况中各部件的动态响应情况,完善了一些在常规理论计算中无法被计算出的结果。建立的虚拟样机模型应用于起重机起升系统设计和评估中,能够节约一定的人力和试验资源。 The ADAMS multi-body system dynamics software is used to analyze the dynamic strength of the crane hoisting mechanism. The hoisting mechanism is composed of discrete wire rope and flexible reel model, and each part load and drive are applied according to the actual lifting condition of the crane. The establishment of the dynamic model of the drum is the key to the whole dynamic simulation system. The dynamic stiffness of the wire rope is modeled by the discrete multi-rigid module plus the Bushing constraint, so as to realize the complex function simulation between the wire rope and the reel, Drum operation reveals the force between the drum and the wire rope. The simulation results fully show the dynamic response of each component in the lifting condition and improve some results that can not be calculated in the conventional theoretical calculation. The established virtual prototype model used in crane lifting system design and evaluation, can save some human and experimental resources.
