为了观察联合抗病毒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效，用叶下珠联用干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎74例，结果HBVDNA转阴率44．4％，与对照组比较有显著性差异。表明叶下珠联用干扰素具协同作用，可以提高治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。
In order to observe the curative effect of combined antiviral therapy on chronic hepatitis B, 74 cases of chronic hepatitis B treated with Phyllanthus together with interferon resulted in a 44.4% negative conversion rate of HBV DNA, which was significantly different from the control group. That the lower bezier combined with interferon synergistic effect can improve the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
