目的 了解大学新生心理健康状况的特点。方法 对我校 1 998~ 2 0 0 1 ,4年入学的新生进行 SCL-90测试 ,对其心理健康状况及年级、性别、学科差异进行统计分析 ,并用 SPSS对新生总体进行分层随机抽样 ,将代表性样本的分析结果与总体比较 ,排除年级和学科人数比例悬殊造成的误差。结果 我校四届新生躯体化因子得分低于常模 ,抑郁和敌对 2因子得分与常模无异 ,其余各因子得分均显著高于常模 ;年级差异主要在偏执、敌对、强迫症状、人际关系敏感等 4因子和总症状指数 ,2 0 0 1级新生的平均状况较其他年级稍好 ,但阳性症状痛苦水平最高 ;男生比女生更敌对 ,而女生较多恐怖和偏执方面的表现 ;学科间的差异则表现在强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性、附加项目等因子和总症状指数
Objective To understand the characteristics of college freshmen’s mental health status. Methods The freshmen aged from 1998 to 2004 were enrolled in the SCL-90 test, and their mental health status, grade, gender and subject differences were statistically analyzed. The new students were stratified by SPSS, The representative sample analysis results compared with the overall, excluding the proportion of grade and discipline gap caused by the error. Results The scores of somatization factors of the four freshmen in our school were lower than those of the norm. The score of depression and hostility was the same as that of the norm. The scores of other factors were significantly higher than those of the norm. The differences of grade were mainly in paranoid, hostile, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Relationship sensitivity and other four factors and the total symptom index, the average status of 2 0 0 1 freshmen slightly better than other grades, but the highest level of suffering of positive symptoms; boys more hostile than girls, while girls more terror and paranoid aspects of performance; discipline The differences are manifested in obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety, paranoid, psychotic, additional items and other factors and the total symptom index
