茶多酚是茶叶中30多种多酚类化合物的总称,是从茶叶中提取的一种天然多酚类复合物,是茶叶的主要有效成分,约占茶叶干质量的25%,具有重要作用的生物活性,有较广的药用价值。综述了茶多酚的分离提取方法和在食品、医药、畜牧业等领域的应用,并对茶多酚的应用前景进行了展望。
