基于协同演化理论,引入复合系统协同度模型,从技术创新主体子系统和外部辅助环境子系统两个方面对福建省林产品加工业技术协同创新复合系统进行测度与评价。研究表明:福建省林产品加工业技术协同创新呈现良好的发展态势,技术协同创新主体和外部技术创新环境的有序度逐年提升,但各序参量的协同度发展较不平稳,从而影响复合系统的整体协同发展。基于实证研究结论和理论分析,针对福建省林产品加工业技术创新协同度的提升方面提出三个方面的政策建议。
Based on the theory of synergetic evolution, the synergetic model of composite system is introduced to measure and evaluate the synergetic composite system of forest products processing industry in Fujian from two aspects: the technological innovation sub-system and the external auxiliary environmental subsystem. The research shows that the collaborative innovation of forest products processing industry in Fujian Province shows a good development trend, and the degree of orderliness of the main body of technical cooperation innovation and the environment of external technological innovation is increasing year by year. However, the coordination degree of each order parameter is not stable, which affects the complex system The overall coordinated development. Based on the conclusion of empirical research and theoretical analysis, three policy recommendations are put forward to improve the synergy of technological innovation in forest products processing industry in Fujian Province.
