目的:了解社区卫生服务机构艾滋病防治相关人员对艾滋病防治工作的支持情况及影响因素。方法:采用自填式调查问卷,对8个城市40家社区卫生服务机构361名工作人员进行调查。调查内容包括工作人员的一般情况、参与社区艾滋病防治情况及态度、意愿等。结果:68.1%的人表示愿意从事并且支持社区卫生服务机构的艾滋病防治工作。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,每周从事较长时间HIV防治工作和愿意同等对待HIV感染者/病人的工作人员更愿意支持在社区卫生服务机构开展的HIV防治工作,OR(95%CI)分别为8.06(2.07,31.42)、12.12(1.53,96.07)、11.04(5.76,21,16)。结论:社区卫生服务机构工作人员对艾滋病防治服务有较高的支持度,但也存在歧视、担心职业暴露和待遇低等阻碍因素,当地卫生行政部门和疾控机构需要加强社区医生的艾滋病防治知识、技能和职业暴露预防培训,同时要提高其工作待遇,稳定基层艾滋病防治队伍。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the support and influencing factors of HIV / AIDS prevention and control staffs in community health service agencies. Methods: A self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate 361 staff in 40 community health service agencies in 8 cities. The survey includes the general staff, participation in community AIDS prevention and treatment and attitudes, intentions and so on. Results: 68.1% of people said they are willing to work and support the community health service AIDS prevention and control work. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that staff who took longer time to prevent and treat HIV infection and who were willing to treat HIV-infected persons / patients weekly were more willing to support HIV prevention and treatment work in community health service institutions with OR (95% CI) 8.06 (2.07, 31.42), 12.12 (1.53, 96.07), 11.04 (5.76, 21, 16). Conclusion: The staff of community health service agencies have higher support for AIDS prevention and treatment services, but there are also discrimination, concerns about low barriers to occupational exposure and treatment, and local health administrative departments and CDC need to strengthen community doctors’ AIDS prevention knowledge , Skills and occupational exposure prevention training, at the same time to improve their working conditions, and stabilize the grassroots AIDS prevention team.
