铁蛋白是人体内重要的铁贮存蛋白质,血清铁蛋白能反映机体内贮备铁总量和机体铁营养状态。通过检测血清铁蛋白水平,可发现隐性缺铁性贫血,鉴别贫血是否缺铁所致,观察缺铁性贫血的治疗效果。此外,某些铁代谢异常的疾病如白血病、淋巴肉瘤、肝癌、乳腺癌等,测定血清铁蛋白是了解机体铁负荷状况的依据。本文对正常人和献血员的血清铁蛋白含量进行比较分析,结果报告如下。
