From May 16 to May 17, 2013, at the invitation of the Local History Office in Lhasa City, local history experts in Beijing organized a visit to Lhasa City to carry out the business of supporting books and yearbooks. More than 120 people from all counties (districts) and municipal departments directly under Lhasa participated Training. In March 2012, the General Office of the Lhasa People’s Government issued the document to start the second round of work of repairing the work, clearly stated that ”in 2012
