利用对氟偶氮氯膦(CPA-pF)与稀土元素的显色反应,建立了测定茶叶中稀土总量的测试方法,该方法对单一稀土元素的表观摩尔吸光系数为5.9~8.0×104L/(molcm).最大吸光波长范围为662~666nm.采用包头稀土氧化物比例制作的工作曲线,对两种国家标准物质中稀土总量的测定误差小于±5%.
The method for the determination of total rare earth in tea was established by the color reaction of chlorophosphonazo-chlorophosphonates (CPA-pF) with rare earth elements. The apparent molar absorptivity of single rare earth elements was 5.9-8 .0 × 104 L / (molcm). The maximum absorption wavelength range of 662 ~ 666nm. Using Baotou rare earth oxide ratio of the production curve, the two national standards for the determination of the total amount of rare earth error less than ± 5%.
