目前,国内制备的Fe基(Metglas 2605S—2)非晶薄带,其表面(特别是贴辊面)经常出现晶化。而表面晶化的存在,将会恶化其磁性能,如:磁感、矫顽力和铁损等。表面晶化既可能在制带阶段产生,也可能在热处理阶段产生。而快淬时产生的表面晶化尤其引人关注。影响淬态表面晶化的因素很多,如:化学成分、制带工艺参数、冷却辊材质、冷却辊表面光洁度等。
Currently, the domestic prepared Fe-based (Metglas 2605S-2) amorphous ribbon, the surface (especially the roller surface) often appear crystallization. The existence of surface crystallization, will deteriorate its magnetic properties, such as: magnetic induction, coercivity and iron loss and so on. Surface crystallization can occur either during the tape-making phase or during the heat-treatment phase. The surface crystallization caused by quenching is of particular concern. There are many factors that affect the crystallization of the quenched surface, such as chemical composition, process parameters of the tape, the material of the cooling roll and the surface finish of the cooling roll.
