机场作为包含航空基础设施、设备和相关人员的系统,应当通过不同部门的协作,向顾客提供高效、优质的服务,完成地面运输和航空运输的衔接。机场的运行效率关系到机场的自身效益和服务水平,提高机场的运行效率,对于为旅客和航空公司提供优质的服务、提高机场的竞争力十分重要。因此,从机场自身的运营特点出发,对机场的通讯也提出了更高的要求。
As a system containing the aviation infrastructure, equipment and related personnel, the airport should provide customers with efficient and high-quality services through the collaboration of different departments to complete the link between ground transport and air transport.
