目的了解大学生面对突发事件和意外伤害时的自救互救意识和自主学习救护知识的意愿,探讨开展大学生救护常识及技能培训的意义与方法。方法随机抽取兰州市4所本科院校(其中2所医学院校,2所非医学院校)的400名三年级学生作为调查对象,采用自制问卷对学生进行调查。结果被调查的359名本科生(181名医学生和178名非医学生)救护常识及技能知晓情况:完全知道的为59人(16.43%),知道一点的为218人(60.72%),完全不知道的为82人(22.84%)。医学院校类学生的知晓率高于非医学院校类学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。被调查学生的96.66%学习救护常识和接受急救技能培训的意愿强烈,医学类学生有94.48%、非医学类学生有98.88%的学生愿意学习。结论大学生的救护常识及技能水平的普及培训亟待开展。
Objective To understand the college students’ willingness to self-rescue and mutual rescue in the face of emergencies and accidental injuries and their willingness to learn and rescue knowledge autonomously, and to explore the significance and methods of developing common sense and skills training for college students. Methods A total of 400 third grade students from 4 undergraduate colleges (including 2 medical colleges and 2 non-medical colleges) in Lanzhou City were randomly selected as the survey subjects, and a self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the students. Results 359 undergraduates (181 medical students and 178 non-medical students) were surveyed for general knowledge and skills of rescue: Totally known were 59 (16.43%), 218 (60.72%) knew it, completely 82 people (22.84%) were known. The awareness rate of medical college students was higher than that of non-medical college students, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). 96.66% of the students surveyed had a strong desire to learn common sense and receive first aid skills training. There were 94.48% of medical students and 98.88% of non-medical students were willing to learn. Conclusion The general training of college students’ general knowledge and skills needed to be carried out urgently.
