职高教育旨在培养具有综合职业能力的实用型人才,但由于职高学生生源的原因,呈现出基础差、行为习惯差、厌学情绪浓等现象,每个班里都存在一些学困生,这些学生不想学习,不会学习。学生的厌学必然导致违纪现象的发生,表现为迟到、早退、旷课、课上不听讲、考试作弊、打架、斗殴、人身伤害等。这无疑会造成教师课堂教学管理的难度加大。怎样才能扭转这些现象,让我们的课堂教学呈现出新的局面呢?本人浅谈自己教学中的几点体会。
The purpose of vocational education is to train practical talents with comprehensive vocational skills. However, due to the source of high school students, there are some phenomena such as poor foundation, poor behavior and tired of schooling. Students do not want to learn, can not learn. Students weariness will inevitably lead to the phenomenon of discipline, manifested as late, leave early, absenteeism, classes do not listen, exam cheating, fighting, fighting, personal injury.
