高速公路水土保持方案编制现存的误区,主要表现在侧重硬覆盖,追求工程壮观、护面平整;轻视生物措施,缺乏工程造价与生态环境建设的经济价值平衡分析。突出人造奇迹,追求一劳永逸,事实上硬覆盖不利于地表、地下水分交换和动植物繁衍;陡滑的坡面不利于林草生长和人与自然的和谐;坡面反光,产生热效应;工程造价高,施工进度慢……呆板、生硬、没有生机。建议选择一种安全稳定、全面控制水土流失、工程措施与植物措施紧密结合、生态效益和景观效益明显、费省效宏的有效措施为水土保持方案内容。辽宁省水土保持研究所新研发的、已经取得专利权的“巢型装配式混凝土生态护坡构件”能够全部满足以上要求。
