“十一五”期间,金隅集团房地产业蓬勃发展。2010年与2006年相比,新开工面积年复合增长率为44.56%,竣工面积年复合增长率为24.66%,新增土地储备增加了77.4%,营业收入增加了22.16%,利润增加了75.18%,吸收资金增加了40.88%。
