松厚度是关系到纸张生产质量和生产成本的重要指标之一。由于松厚度受纸浆中半纤维素含量的影响较大,本研究以杨木APMP浆作为研究对象,采用半纤维素酶处理选择性去除纸浆中的半纤维素组分,试图通过降低纤维间的结合力来进一步提高成纸的松厚度。实验结果表明,在半纤维素酶用量为10 IU·g~(-1),处理温度55℃,处理时间90 min的条件下,APMP浆的半纤维素去除率为51.6%,在此条件下纸张的松厚度提高11%。另外,半纤维素的去除对成纸的强度有一定的负面影响,表现为纸张的裂断长和耐破度分别降低30%和17%,而成纸的撕裂度和环压指数分别增加30%和121%。
