[目的]研究错配修复蛋白hMSH2和nm23在散发性结直肠癌中的表达及两者之间的关系,并探讨其临床意义。[方法]采用SP免疫组织化学法检测87例结直肠癌组织中hMSH2和nm23蛋白的表达,分析两者的相关性,并结合随访资料进行生存分析。[结果]在散发性结直肠癌组织中,nm23蛋白表达与组织学类型无关(P>0.05),与浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。hMSH2蛋白表达与组织学类型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移未见明显相关(P>0.05)。hMSH2与nm23蛋白表达在散发性结直肠癌中呈正相关(rs=0.635,P<0.05)。两者联合表达与散发性结直肠癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及预后相关(P均<0.05)。[结论]nm23蛋白水平与散发性结直肠癌恶性程度有关,可作为预测浸润转移潜能的一项指标。hMSH2与nm23蛋白表达呈正相关,两者联合检测对散发性结直肠癌预后的预测有一定指导意义。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of mismatch repair proteins hMSH2 and nm23 in sporadic colorectal cancer and their clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of hMSH2 and nm23 protein in 87 cases of colorectal cancer tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemistry. The correlation between them was analyzed. Survival analysis was performed according to the follow-up data. [Results] The expression of nm23 protein in sporadic colorectal cancer was not related to the histological type (P> 0.05), but correlated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). hMSH2 protein expression and histological type, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis was not significantly correlated (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between hMSH2 and nm23 protein expression in sporadic colorectal cancer (rs = 0.635, P <0.05). The combined expression of the two was associated with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and prognosis of sporadic colorectal cancer (all P <0.05). [Conclusion] The nm23 protein level is related to the malignant degree of sporadic colorectal cancer and may be used as an index to predict the metastatic potential. hMSH2 and nm23 protein expression was positively correlated, the combination of the two detection of sporadic colorectal cancer prognosis of a certain degree of guiding significance.
