目的:探讨补肾健脾颗粒制剂(山茱萸、黄精、陈皮等)的稳定性和口服后主要血移行成分马钱素的代谢。方法:应用高效液相色谱法检测补肾健脾颗粒溶液中及口服药物后不同时间血清中马钱素的含量。结果:补肾健脾颗粒溶液中马钱素含量较高且稳定,药后30 min血清中可检测出马钱素,3 h时达高峰((18.29±0.21)μg/mL),规则连续服药2 d后血清中马钱素含量稳定((21.55±0.51)μg/mL),停药60 h后血清中检测不出马钱素。结论:马钱素含量的检测可以作为补肾健脾颗粒的有效质量控制和评价方法与监测其在体内代谢的有效手段。
Objective: To investigate the stability of Bushen Jianpi Granules (Hawthorn, Huangjing, Citrus, etc.) and the metabolism of loganin, a major blood transfusion component after oral administration. Methods: The content of loganin in serum was detected by high performance liquid chromatography in Bushen Jianpi Granules solution and after oral administration. Results: The content of loganin was high and stable in the Bushen Jianpi Granules solution. The loganin was detected in the serum 30 min after drug administration and peaked at 3 h ((18.29±0.21) μg/mL). The regular continuous administration for 2 d The content of loganin in the serum was stable ((21.55±0.51) μg/mL), and no loganin was detected in serum after 60 h withdrawal. Conclusion: The detection of loganin content can be used as an effective quality control and evaluation method for Bushen Jianpi Granules and an effective method to monitor its metabolism in vivo.
