由于磨削过程的复杂性,给磨削的研究和生产中合理选择磨削用量带来许多困难。为了解决这些问题,人们在寻找磨削的基本参数。1975年CIRP(国际生产技术研究会)的磨削研究合作小组在试验基础上提出用“当量磨削厚度”作为基础参数,并得出了在外圆切入磨削时“当量磨削厚度”与磨削力,工件表面粗糙度等的函数关系,并以此作为合理选择磨削用量的依据。本文在试验的基础上,分析磨削过程的一些特点及其复杂性,指出用“当量磨削厚度”这单一指标作为基础参数并不合理,特别是在实际生产中作为选择磨削用量的依据更不可能。
Due to the complexity of grinding process, it brings many difficulties to the reasonable selection of grinding dosage in the research and production of grinding.
