教育重在引导,教育分寸即是教育工作者的一份爱心和责任。藏区的学生多是从小教养散漫,一般都有点不好驯服的野性。所以,要想管理好班级,教师就要结合学生的实际情况进行研究,要在合适的时机用恰当的办法进行引导。结合藏区高中的实际学情,对怎样在班级管理中得时得法从几个角度进行分析与总结。
Education focuses on guidance and education is a measure of education workers a love and responsibility. Tibetan students mostly recuperate from childhood, generally a bit bad to tame the wild.
