本文介绍了大庆石油化工总厂炼油厂在利用重整氢气作为加氢装置原料气过程中,存在的带油和结盐问题。由于重整氢气未经过氨冷却分离,直接进入氢气压缩机,造成在压缩机的各段进出口气门上出现大量油泥物。据分析,压缩机一段入口气门座上所结的盐块乃是NH4Cl的结晶。因此认为采用低温冷却脱油和增设脱氯净化工艺是必要的,并提出了对重整氢气进行提浓和专气专用的建议。
This article describes the Daqing Petrochemical Plant refinery in the use of hydrogen as a hydrogenation unit feedstock gas process, the presence of oil and salt problems. Since the reformed hydrogen is not separated by ammonia cooling, it directly enters the hydrogen compressor, resulting in a large amount of oil sludge on the inlet and outlet valves of the compressors. According to the analysis, the compressor block of salt on the entrance to the valve block is the crystallization of NH4Cl. So that the use of low temperature cooling deaeration and dechlorination decontamination process is necessary, and put forward a proposal of enrichment and special gas for reforming hydrogen.
