目的 分析赫坎按蚊种群内 4个近缘种核糖体基因内转录第二间隔区 (rDNAITS2 )特征。 方法 采用特异性ITS2 引物对中华按蚊和嗜人按蚊江苏实验株、辽宁省沈阳市和朝鲜开城现场捕获的嗜人按蚊、八代按蚊和雷氏按蚊rDNAITS2 进行PCR扩增、基因测序和限制性内切酶酶切位点图谱分析。 结果与结论 赫坎按蚊种群近缘种中华按蚊、嗜人按蚊、八代按蚊和雷氏按蚊rDNAITS2 分别为 472、45 2、45 6和 45 6bp ,各基因序列存在明显差异并存在不同的限制性内切酶酶切位点
Objective To analyze the characteristics of rDNAITS2 in the four closely related species of Hercian genus Hercán.
