过去我们制做教学用肝脏切片,使用常规HE染色,光镜下只能观察到肝脏的一般结构,对于教学中还需要观看的如血窦腔内的枯否氏细胞与胆小管,则要用特殊染色方法专门制片加以显示。这样不但颇费人力、物力,并且在实验课中,同学们对几种重要的结构和特殊细胞的分布以及其相互关系难以理解。现在我们使用两种注射方法相结合对动物进行活体注射,然后取材、固定,常规HE染色,成功地试制了在一张切片上同时显示肝脏各种结构的方法,弥补了上述种种缺陷。现将这种方法介绍如下。
