建立健全城乡客运一体化网络,是统筹和加快城乡经济发展的一项重要举措,也是新农村建设的客观要求。近几年,很多地方均结合各自实际积极推行城乡客运一体化,然而由于体制不顺、网络不畅、资源分散、效益低微、缺乏扶持等诸多原因,使得城乡客运一体化的推行不尽如人意。如何有效地推动城乡客运一体化进程,笔者结合自己的从业实践,略谈粗浅之见。 Establishing and perfecting an integrated network of urban and rural passenger transport is an important measure for co-ordinating and accelerating the economic development in urban and rural areas, and is also an objective requirement for building a new socialist countryside. In recent years, many localities have been actively implementing the integration of passenger transport between urban and rural areas with their respective actualities. However, the integration of urban and rural passenger transport has been unsatisfactory due to a number of reasons, including poor system, poor network, scattered resources, low efficiency and lack of support . How to effectively promote the integration of passenger transport between urban and rural areas, the author combined his own practice, a brief talk about superficial opinion.
