目的检测子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者在位内膜黏蛋白1(MUC1)和肿瘤坏死因子受体I(TNFR-I)的表达,探讨血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量的调控机制及与EMs性不孕的内在联系。方法采集28例EMs患者(EMs组)及26例输卵管因素不孕患者(对照组)的在位子宫内膜,采用IHC方法检测内膜MUC1的表达,Western blot法检测TNFR-I的表达;用ELISA法检测血清TNF-α水平。结果 EMs在位内膜MUC1在不同月经周期的表达差异不明显,其在分泌中期的表达量较对照组明显减少。EMs组血清TNF-α含量显著高于对照组;而TNFR-I表达则低于对照组。结论 EMs在位内膜MUC1表达的改变,可能是EMs性不孕的原因之一;TNF-α缺乏促进在位内膜MUC1表达的作用可能与TNFR-I的低表达有关。
Objective To detect the expression of endometrial mucin 1 (MUC1) and tumor necrosis factor receptor I (TNFR-I) in patients with endometriosis (EMs) and to explore the role of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) Regulatory Mechanism and Internal Relations with Infertility Induced by EMs. Methods The eutopic endometrium of 28 patients with EMs (EMs group) and 26 patients with tubal infertility (control group) were collected. The expression of MUC1 in the intima was detected by IHC, and the expression of TNFR-I was detected by Western blot. Serum TNF-αlevel was detected by ELISA. Results There was no significant difference in the expression of MUC1 in the eutopic endometrium of EMs in different menstrual cycles. The level of TNF-α in serum of EMs group was significantly higher than that of control group, while the level of TNFR-I was lower than that of control group. Conclusions The change of MUC1 expression in eutopic endometrium of EMs may be one of the causes of infertility in EMs. The effect of TNF-α deficiency on the expression of MUC1 in eutopic endometrium may be related to the low expression of TNFR-I.
