基于“职业能力培养”的高职园林技术专业教学改革探讨

高职院校作为培养应用型人才的主要阵地,在遵循实践性、目标性、层次性和系统性原则的基础上,为促进园林技术专业发展,针对湖南环境生物职业技术学院园林技术专业现状,结合高等农林高职院校园林技术专业的教学特点和人才培养特点,尤其是以学生职业能力培养为核心的课程体系,分析“教、学、做”一体化教学内涵与必要性的基础上,进一步提出教学一体化的实践路径,确立“校企一体,产学融合”的人才培养模式,校企共同完善人才培养方案,构建以培养职业岗位核心能力为中心的课程体系,加强校内外实习、实训基地的建设,着力培养学生的动手能力,以适应社会的需求。 As a main position of cultivating applied talents, higher vocational colleges, based on the principle of practice, goal, hierarchy and systematism, in order to promote the development of landscape technology profession, according to the status quo of landscape technology specialty of Hunan Institute of Biological Bioengineering, Combining with the characteristics of teaching and personnel training in higher vocational and technical colleges of agriculture and forestry, especially the curriculum system focusing on the cultivation of students’ professional competence, this paper analyzes the basis of the connotation and necessity of integration of teaching, learning and doing , Further put forward the practice of teaching integration path, establish a “school-enterprise integration, industry-university integration” personnel training mode, school and enterprise to jointly improve personnel training programs, to build the core competence of vocational post training for the center of the curriculum system, strengthen In-school and internship, training base construction, focus on training students ability to adapt to the needs of society.
