利用OM、SEM、EDS和XRD等测试手段研究了球磨转速和球磨时间对14Cr-ODS合金粉的形貌、显微结构及物相的影响。结果表明,转速为250 r/min时,随着球磨时间的延长,粉末粒径增大,16 h时基本稳定;点阵参数增大,晶粒尺寸不断减小并趋于稳定;12 h时颗粒内部出现层状结构并不断细化直至消失,颗粒成分更接近名义成分。12 h时合金化已开始,持续球磨使合金化程度提高,30 h时基本实现合金化。合金化过程可分为包覆、粘结、分层、细化、均匀化5个阶段。当转速提高到300 r/min时,合金化进程加快。
The effects of milling speed and milling time on the morphology, microstructure and phase of 14Cr-ODS alloy powder were investigated by means of OM, SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that when the rotating speed is 250 r / min, the particle size increases with milling time, and is stable at 16 h. The lattice parameter increases and the grain size decreases and tends to be stable. At 12 h Layered structure inside the particle and continue to refine until disappear, the particle composition closer to the nominal composition. Alloying was started at 12 h, the degree of alloying was increased by continuous ball milling, and the alloying was basically achieved at 30 h. Alloying process can be divided into coating, bonding, stratification, refinement, homogenization of five stages. When the speed is increased to 300 r / min, the alloying process is accelerated.
