通过1998年全年82B硬线盘条力学性能及对应的冶炼、浇铸及轧制生产工艺数据的统计分析,提出了影响硬线盘条力学性能的主要因素是盘条的规格、化学成分、添注时间、气温及钢坯缺陷等,并对其中的几个因素进行了重点研究。提出了以碳锰当量控制钢中的碳锰比,进而改善盘条力学性能及后续的冷加工能力的观点。同时还指出对铸钢中添注时间的控制应从添注目的出发,而不应单纯强调延长添注时间。特别是在气温较低时,应更多的注意添注流量、锭身注速、钢包温度、环境温度以及风力大小等因素。
