当我们回顾艺术发展的道路的时候,其出发点不仅仅在艺术出发的自身,而在于艺术为我们当今提供了更多的艺术启示。随着历史的发展,60年代出现的许多艺术家的作品已经把关注点从存在主义转向了符号学(从身份转向了艺术语言),这与当时的新社会及政治现实密切相关。而艺术家对新艺术的探索从未停止过,在现代油画创作中,媒体图像的表现形式依然占据着重要的发展地位,透过当代油画艺术中的媒体符号展现其艺术现象。詹姆斯.罗森奎斯特是波普艺术典型代表人物,大型的碎片化的图像作品,呈现出图像的复杂层次。
When we look back at the path of art development, the starting point is not only the art itself but the art that gives us more artistic inspiration today. As history evolved, the works of many artists that emerged in the 1960s shifted their focus from existentialism to semiotics (from identity to the art language), closely related to the then new social and political realities. The exploration of new art by artists has never ceased. In modern oil painting, the representation of media images still occupies an important position of development. Its artistic phenomenon is represented by the media symbols in contemporary oil painting. James Rosenqvist is a typical representative of pop art, a large, fragmented imagery that presents a complex hierarchy of images.
