雄激素受体(AR)在维持前列腺的功能和促进前列腺癌形成的过程中发挥着非常重要的作用,也是前列腺癌药物治疗中的重要靶标。本研究通过构建AR活性依赖的双荧光素酶基因报告系统,在细胞水平上建立了以AR为靶点的抗前列腺癌药物筛选模型。并将该模型应用于传统中药红景天根、野生猕猴桃根、雷公藤根提取物的抗前列腺癌活性研究,为前列腺癌的治疗提供新的策略。
Androgen receptor (AR) plays a very important role in maintaining the function of prostate and promoting the formation of prostate cancer, and is also an important target in the treatment of prostate cancer. In this study, an anti-prostate cancer drug screening model targeting AR was established at the cellular level by constructing an AR activity-dependent dual luciferase reporter system. The model was applied to the anti-prostate cancer activity of traditional Chinese medicine rhodiola root, wild kiwifruit root and Tripterygium wilfordii root extracts, which provided a new strategy for the treatment of prostate cancer.
