利用15N示踪法研究了人参对肥料氮的利用和损失及氮对人参光合同化产物分配的影响。结果表明,人参对肥料氮利用率,1年为985%,2年为1906%;肥料回收率第1年为8159%,第2年为6978%,2年肥料氮损失率为3022%。供氮10g/m2时,人参的14CO2同化力以及硝酸还原酶(NR)活性最高;供氮40g/m2时,总可溶性糖、蔗糖含量下降,淀粉含量增加,人参皂甙含量下降。
The effects of ginseng on the nitrogen utilization and loss of fertilizer and the effect of nitrogen on the assimilation product of ginseng were studied by 15N tracer method.
