以连续冷轧后处理线中立式活套入口的纠偏辊为张力计算基准点,通过叠加张力损失得到活套入、出口张力的模型计算思路,分析了活套内有传动活套辊时,张力损失的计算与分布。实验表明,此套模型计算得到的活套入、出口张力及张力损失等数值的精度和稳定性能满足模型在线控制的要求,为活套张力设定提供了实用的理论依据和模型方法。
