本文综述了我们用 EPMA 和 SEM 技术研究固体中的离子迁移所取得的结果。主要内容包括:(1)测定在电子束轰击下固体中可迁移离子的种类和组成的变化。(2)确定低电导固体和快离子固体中的离子迁移的动力学方程式。(3)显示了金属沉积特征与离子迁移路径及固体显微结构的关系。所研究的固体材料为含 Na、Ag 和 Cu 离子的单晶、多晶和玻璃。特别对这些材料在电子束轰击下的离子迁移对轰击区组成变化及金属沉积的影响进行了研究。
This article summarizes the results we obtained with EPMA and SEM techniques to study ion transport in solids. The main contents include: (1) Determination of the type and composition of migrating ions in solid under electron beam bombardment. (2) Kinetic equations to determine ion transport in low conductivity solids and fast ionic solids. (3) shows the relationship between metal deposition characteristics and ion transport path and solid microstructure. The solid materials studied were single crystals, polycrystalline and glass containing Na, Ag and Cu ions. In particular, the effects of ion transport of these materials on bombardment zone composition changes and metal deposition under electron beam bombardment were studied.
